Tremella and Horseshoe Syrup
1.
Prepare the best ingredients and soak the white fungus in cold water in advance. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil.
2.
Peel the horseshoe into slices, wash and tear off the white fungus.
3.
After the water is boiled, put the white fungus and horseshoe into a small medium heat cooker for 30 minutes.
4.
After cooking, use low heat, add wolfberry, rock sugar and cook until it melts.
5.
This ingredient can be scooped into 5 small bowls like this, which can serve 5 people.
Tips:
1. Dry white fungus uses about 15g. The ratio of dry white fungus to water after hair is about 1:10.
2. When boiling the white fungus, stir it in one direction occasionally to prevent the white fungus from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
3. The sweetness increases or decreases as you like. This one I made is a bit sweet.
