Tremella Keel Soup

Prepare big pig bones, white fungus, longan, wolfberry, red dates, ginger slices

Soak the white fungus for half an hour, boil an appropriate amount of boiling water, and add the cleaned pork bones

Boil for 5 minutes to remove blood water, pick up and set aside, add appropriate amount of water and red dates and longans to the pot and cook together

After the water is boiled, continue to cook for 5 minutes, add the pork bones and ginger slices from which the blood has been removed, and cook for 40 minutes on high heat

Add the wolfberry berries rinsed with water, wash the soaked white fungus, and cut off the darker part of the head

Add the white fungus and continue to cook, cook for about half an hour to turn off the heat, add salt to taste and serve
