Tremella Pork Bone Soup

As shown in Figure 1, prepare the ingredients, soak the white fungus in water, boil the water, put the red dates, medlar, and longan meat into the boil

Remove the blood from the pork bones, set aside, add sliced ginger, pour into the large bones of the pig and boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes
