Tribute Vegetables Mixed with Peanuts
1.
Dried red peppers are drained, ginger diced, aniseed, bay leaves, and peanuts are prepared.
2.
The tribute dish is boiled in water.
3.
Take cold water and shower thoroughly.
4.
Cut into sections.
5.
Mix well with a pinch of salt, marinate and set aside.
6.
Put the peanuts, aniseed, bay leaves, water, cover the pot, boil the peanuts on high heat instead of low heat, and cook the peanuts.
7.
Take out the peanuts and dry water.
8.
Put cooking oil in the wok, more oil.
9.
Put the cooked peanuts in the front, low heat, and fry them for fragrant (our family likes to eat crispy peanuts, this step of eating boiled peanuts can be avoided).
10.
Pour out the peanuts, add dried red peppers, and fry them over low heat (don't fry them dark). Pour the dried red peppers and oil into a salted tribute bowl.
11.
Add peanuts and mix well.

If you can’t finish it, keep refrigerated for no more than two days. It’s best to eat as much as you want.
