Tips:
Ovens have different tempers, so the temperature and baking time should be adjusted appropriately according to your own oven.
The center of the cookie does not change when it is placed in the palm of the hand and it rotates around.

If the room temperature is too warm, if the dough is sticky, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before making it.
