Tricolor Cookies
1.
Prepare the ingredients and soften the butter at room temperature in advance.
2.
Add the softened butter to powdered sugar and beat with an electric whisk until the volume expands and the color becomes lighter.
3.
While beating the butter, add the egg liquid. Add the egg liquid in three times until the butter is fully absorbed before adding the next time.
4.
Add the low flour that has been sifted twice and knead into a dough.
5.
The flour is divided into 3 parts, and the other two parts are mixed with cocoa powder and coffee powder to form doughs of different colors.
6.
Spread a piece of greased paper on the table top, and roll the dough of three different colors into a rectangular shape.
7.
Fold the cocoa flour to the bottom layer, then layer the coffee dough and the original dough, and trim the edges.
8.
The dough is rolled from one end to the other, making sure to roll tightly without leaving a gap in the middle, using the technique of rolling cakes. (Wrap it in greased paper and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes)
9.
After freezing hard, take it out and cut into small pieces, spread greased paper on the baking tray, and lay the cookies evenly.
10.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes in advance, fire up and down at 180 degrees, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
