Tricolor Cookies

Prepare the ingredients, heat the milk to warm and set aside. Sift the milk powder, cornstarch, high-gluten flour, and low-gluten flour twice.

The butter is softened at room temperature, and salt and powdered sugar are added.

Whisk with a whisk until the volume is fluffy, add warm milk in portions.

Whisk the milk well until combined.

Put in the sifted flour.

Stir evenly with a spatula and divide them into three equal parts.

Add matcha powder to two of them, and mix the cocoa powder evenly.

Put them into piping bags and squeeze out the patterns on the baking tray. This is the first time that the squeezed pattern is extremely handicapped.

The pattern that is squeezed twice more will be more beautiful. The oven is preheated, and the upper and lower fire is 140°.

Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, heat up to 140° and down to 130°, bake for about 25 to 30 minutes to color.
