Triple Taste Black Sesame Cupcakes

After slicing the butter and whipped cream, put them in a small milk pot, heat them over water until the butter melts, then stir them evenly and set aside to cool to room temperature.

After the eggs are broken, add powdered sugar and honey, and use a manual whisk until the powdered sugar is melted.

After mixing the baking powder and low-gluten flour, sift it into the egg mixture, then add the black sesame powder, and also use a manual whisk to beat evenly.

Put the paper cup on the mold, put the cake paste into the piping bag, and prepare the black tahini paste for filling.

First squeeze in about 5 minutes full of batter, gently knock the mold to shake out bubbles.

Put it into the preheated oven, heat up and down at 175℃, middle level, and bake for 15 minutes.

During the baking of the cake, we will make the black sesame cheese frosting for decoration. Add the icing sugar to the cream cheese and butter that have softened at room temperature, turn on the electric whisk, and beat until the cheese frosting is very fluffy and the texture is clear and can be decorated.

Tips:
1. Remember not to make a circle when adding low-gluten flour to the cake batter. You can draw a "Z" or stir to prevent the cake batter from becoming gluten.
2. Please adjust the baking time and temperature according to the temper of your own oven.
3. The cream cheese and butter used for cheese frosting should be softened to the point where your fingers can easily poke a pit. Remember not to melt it, or it won't be sent.
