Trotter and Lotus Root Soup

Prepare 1 pig hand.

Prepare 10 Chinese wolfberry and 3 Ganoderma lucidum tablets.

Prepare ginger and green onions.

Peel the lotus root, cut into pieces, rinse with cold water and drain.

Chop the pig's knuckles into small pieces, boil them in a pot of cold water, remove the blood foam, then remove them, rinse them with cold water, and drain them.

Put water in the casserole, pour the pork knuckles after the flying water, and pour the ganoderma lucidum slices.

Pour in Chinese wolfberry, ginger, green onion and rice wine.

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Put the lotus root in the boiled pork trotter soup, add some salt, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Tips:
If you have time, it is better to cook slowly in a clay pot on a low fire, preferably without a pressure cooker.
