Wash the cabbage and cut it into slices. Cut the green onion and ginger for later use.

Cut the tofu into pieces and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add green onion and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add the cabbage and stir fry for a while.

Add tofu and stir fry a few times.
6.
Add soy sauce and stir fry evenly, add a small amount of water and simmer.
7.
Finally, add salt and mix thoroughly.
Tips:
After adding tofu, stir fry carefully, don't stir fry tofu to pieces.
