#trust之美#celery Meat Buns/cabbage Meat Buns
1.
Half a bag of yeast is dissolved in warm water lower than 37 degrees, and an appropriate amount of flour is added to knead the dough into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and leave it to ferment in a warm place. It will last about two hours in winter. The big bag I used got yeast, so I used half a bag.
2.
When the dough is fermented, start preparing vegetable fillings. Cut the celery and cabbage first. Celery I use celery. The cabbage is brought from my hometown.
3.
Prepare a piece of lean meat, about 1/4 of the fat. Those who don't like fat can use lean ones. Cut the meat into small pieces, and put the ginger slices into the meat grinder cup of the food processor. (There are children in the family, so use a meat grinder to grind the meat, so that the child is easy to chew. In fact, the final taste is the meat that you cut yourself.)
4.
The meat is minced, very delicate, it is just puree. Pour out the mashed meat, add some light soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil to marinate for a while.
5.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the marinated meat and stir evenly, put them in the celery and cabbage separately, add a little more meat on the side with more vegetables. (The oil is added to the marinated meat for lubrication, so that the meat is easy to spread when mixing.) Add a proper amount of salt to the marinated vegetable filling, and the filling is ready.
6.
When the dough is fermented, knead again to exhaust.
7.
Divide into equal pieces.
8.
Roll the dough into a round piece, put an appropriate amount of stuffing in it, and wrap it.
9.
Although I love to eat, the package is not good-looking. It's okay, just delicious.
10.
Pack a smaller bun for the girl. When it was steamed, the girl ate it directly.
11.
Put the wrapped buns in the steamer to wake up for 20 minutes, and then start steaming. Steam for 20 minutes after SAIC, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
12.
It's steamed a lot, and I can't eat it and freeze it in the refrigerator. The picture is raw.
13.
Cooked.
