Prepare the necessary ingredients. The squid rings are quick-frozen.

Thaw and peel the squid rings, wash and drain, add salt, pepper, cooking wine and barbecue sauce, mix well, then marinate for 30 minutes

Prepare a serving of cornstarch, egg liquid and bread crumbs

Tips:
The slippery skin on the squid ring needs to be torn off.
When marinating, put the cooking wine to remove the fishy, and it will be more delicious when marinated;
When frying, the temperature of the oil should not be too hot, so that the outer layer is crispy and the inner squid meat is not cooked.
