Prepare the materials

Beat the eggs and strain the egg liquid

Chopped green onions, add to the egg mixture and mix well

Squeeze the spicy cabbage into pieces and chop the soup, add tomato sauce, pepper, sugar and black sesame seeds and mix well

Add oil to the pan and heat up, pour half of the egg mixture, and fry on low heat

Add half of the mixed spicy cabbage when the egg mixture is almost solidified

Roll it up from one side, and then fry it on both sides

After all is fried, cut open and eat.
Tips:
1. Too much kimchi will be too salty, please use it accordingly;
2. Start rolling when the egg liquid is not completely dry, otherwise the rolling will not be tight.
