1. Add softened butter to powdered sugar.

2. Stir well.

3. Pour in high-gluten flour.

4. Knead the butter and flour with your hands.

5. Add egg liquid.

6. Knead into dough.

7. Divide the dough into three portions and take one portion and knead it into strips.

8. Use a rolling pin to roll out the long strip and squeeze a long strip of lotus paste filling.

9. Wrap the lotus paste filling with noodles and gently knead it into a round strip.

10. I also made a bean paste flavor.
