#trust之美#lung Loquat Leaf Yali Bone Soup
1.
After washing the pork spine, soak it in clean water for two to three hours to soak out the blood in the bone. Remove the core of the Yali pear, wash and prepare all the other ingredients together, except for the lotus seeds and loquat leaves, put all the ingredients into the soup pot, pour 2000ML of water and start heating.
2.
After boiling the water in the soup pot, turn to a low heat. You can see that some of the blood foam has been boiled after heating. Spoon the blood foam out with a small spoon. At this time, wash the loquat leaves and put them in.
3.
Cover the soup lid, turn to the minimum heat and heat for about an hour and a half, pour the lotus seeds into the soup pot, continue to heat for half an hour, add salt to adjust to your favorite saltiness. The old hot soup is just fine!
Tips:
1. Don't add loquat leaves in the beginning, because the leaves are lighter to move upwards, so it is not convenient to skim the blood foam again.
2. Be sure to remove the pear heart, otherwise the soup will become sour.
3. Loquat leaves will have a slight herbal flavor, but the essence of this soup lies in the addition of loquat leaves.
