The ingredients are for two persons (2 cups). Pour a half cup of milk into the boiling pot and add 2 teaspoons of black tea (I use Iranian black tea, preferably black tea with strong flavor from West Asia)

The green cardamom pods are peeled and put into the milk. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. Bring to a boil

The milk needs to be stirred constantly to prevent it from becoming mushy. After the milk is boiled, move the pot away from the stove to cool down, and then put it back on the stove. Repeat 4 times

Strain out all seasonings and tea leaves and divide them into two cups. Add a little boiled water to each cup, or not add water, if you prefer a thicker one.
