Today I cooked potato ribs with green onions. I didn’t use potato wedges. The potato meatballs we used tasted better than potato wedges. They also look better than stewed potato wedges. At least the soup will not be sticky or thick."

5. Stir fry with rock sugar, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

6. Add the ribs and stir fry

7. Pour in the right amount of cooking wine and stir well

8. Pour in the light soy sauce and stir fry for color

9. Put in star anise and bay leaves

10. Pour in some boiling water and wipe the bones

11. Bring to a high heat and turn to a low heat to simmer until the ribs are about to add the potato meatballs

12. Add some salt and simmer for a while

13. The soup is thickened over a high heat, and the soup should not be too dry. The bibimbap is very fragrant

14. Sprinkle some coriander on the finished product

Tips:

When braising the ribs, use hot water or boiling water instead of cold water. The ribs stewed in cold water will not chew.
