#trust之美# Papaya Hits Milk
1.
Prepare all the materials (you also need a piece of gauze! I used medical gauze to iron it)
2.
Wash the papaya, peel, remove the seeds and cut into pieces
3.
Put the cut papaya directly into the gauze and gently squeeze out the papaya juice by hand
4.
Interspersed with a little trick: directly cut the papaya into large pieces, wrap it in gauze and squeeze it, no need to break it, because the ripe papaya is very soft, and the water will come out with a light squeeze
5.
Filter the squeezed papaya juice with gauze again (in case the juice was squeezed too hard in the previous step and mixed with too much residue). If there are few residues, this step can be omitted
6.
Add a small amount of sugar to the milk and boil it (the papaya itself is already very sweet, you don’t need to add sugar if you don’t like it too sweet)
7.
Pour the boiled milk directly into the cup with papaya juice, the ratio of milk to papaya juice is about 6:4 (too little papaya juice may make it difficult to solidify)
8.
Stir the papaya milk juice evenly and let it cool
9.
The delicious papaya and milk are ready!
10.
The effect is better after refrigeration!
Tips:
The ratio of milk to papaya juice is about 6:4. Too little papaya juice may make it difficult to solidify!
