Ingredients (fungus soaked thoroughly in advance and cooked in boiling water)

Cut the lamb into small pieces and mix well with all the seasonings and cornstarch

Put some corn germ oil in the lamb, mix well with the meat, let it stand for 10 minutes

Hot pot, add corn germ oil, saute garlic and ginger
5.
Stir fry the lamb slices
6.
Throw in all the side dishes, order some oyster sauce and soy sauce
