Add salt and pepper to the broth and stir evenly for use; remove the stalks of enoki mushrooms, wash, and cut into sections about 6-7 cm long; peel the carrots and cut into filaments about 6-7 cm long; remove the stalks and cut the green peppers into approximately 6-7 cm long silk;
