Tuna and Shrimp Pizza

All the main ingredients are prepared, and the unsalted butter is heated to a liquid, then let it cool before using. The warm water is about 36°.

Put all the main ingredients together and knead into a smooth dough. If the glove film can be kneaded, the expansion stage is sufficient, not the complete stage. Just knead out the glove film.

Use a glass bowl or other container with a thin layer of olive oil.

To prepare the pizza filling, cut the colored peppers, green peppers and onions into fine strips. My sweet corn kernels are canned and need to absorb moisture. Peel the prawns, marinate the shrimps with appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine for about half an hour.

Take it out and put a layer of tomato sauce on it. Be careful not to be too thin and not too watery. You can also use tomato sauce, preferably pizza sauce, whichever is used, it must be a slightly thick sauce.
