Tuna Sushi

Wash and dry the slices first. Prepare a small bowl (mix A together). Mix 9g white vinegar + 6g sugar + 3g salt together, and stir until the salt and saccharification become water. Then put the glutinous rice and rice together and wash them until the water is clear. Put the washed kelp slices into the rice. Pour the white vinegar mixture into the rice and stir well, then let it stand and soak for 1 hour.

After an hour, put the soaked rice into the rice cooker and cook the rice normally. You can stir the B mixture together during the cooking process. After the rice is cooked, pour mixture B into the rice and stir well for later use.
