Tuna with Lime and Onion

Peel the onion, wash, and cut into small pieces.

Soak the chopped onion diced in cold water for 10 minutes to remove the spiciness.

Chop the red bell pepper and set aside.

Drain the tuna and place the oil in a container.
5.
Stir it up with chopsticks.
6.
Drain the soaked chopped onion and drain the water.
7.
Mix the chopped onion with the tuna.
8.
Add the crushed red bell peppers.
9.
Add white pepper.
10.
Squeeze in the lemon juice.
11.
Season with a pinch of salt.
12.
Mix all the ingredients well and serve.
