Tuozi Meat

1. Prepare pork belly

2. Clean the pork belly, put the skin down into the pot and cook, and the chopsticks can be inserted into the skin. Take it out and wipe dry with kitchen paper. Fill the holes with toothpicks, put on white wine, and dry the water.

3. Put a grate in the pot and cook oil
