Turkish Style Stuffed Green Peppers

Cut the onions and tomatoes into small pieces, and chop the coriander. The rice is washed well and soaked in boiling water.

Cut off the green peppers and remove the green peppers.

Add onion diced, tomato diced, chopped coriander, half of the salad oil, dried rice, salt, pepper, chili powder and mint powder to the beef filling.

Fill the stuffing with green peppers. Cut a few slices of tomatoes to cover the green peppers.

Add the other half of the salad oil and tomato sauce to the hot water and stir the juice.

Put the green peppers in the pot and put a tomato lid on them.

Pour in the hot sauce, close the lid, and cook on high heat. After the water is boiled, turn off the heat and do not open the lid, and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
Tips:
Green peppers should be flat round ones, which can stand up as well. Friends who like spicy food can add more chili and pepper. If you don't like the mint taste, you can leave it alone, but if you want to taste authentic Turkish cuisine, you should add more.
When filling, do not press down with your hands or spoon, tap the bottom of the green pepper to make the food evenly filled. Otherwise the filling will not be cooked easily. Don't fill too much, just align the edges, otherwise the rice may swell and overflow after being cooked, which will affect the appearance.
