Turnip and Egg Soup

Peel the radish, wash and cut into strips

Put water in a pot, add ginger, and boil the lard

Put in the radish

Tips:
1. The thick strips of radish have a better taste, and you can also use a grater to wipe into thin filaments.
2. The lard that I use, corn oil or others can be used instead
3. There are not many garlic leaves this season. My garlic has sprouted at home. The garlic leaves are more fragrant. If you don’t have it, you can use green onions instead.
