Recently, I have been obsessed with eating radish. The dishes that were not in season before were not good. I recently discovered that although white radish is not in season, it is really watery, especially tender, and suitable for making soup.

Ingredients

Tips:

1. The thick strips of radish have a better taste, and you can also use a grater to wipe into thin filaments.
2. The lard that I use, corn oil or others can be used instead
3. There are not many garlic leaves this season. My garlic has sprouted at home. The garlic leaves are more fragrant. If you don’t have it, you can use green onions instead.
