Turnip Pimple Soup
1.
Cut the chopped green onion into small pieces, shred the radish, and mix the flour with water to form a flocculent shape.
2.
After the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion, stir fry a few times and add the shredded radish, fry until 80% cooked, add water.
3.
After the water is boiled, let the lumps underneath, and after two minutes of boiling, lay the egg liquid on low heat.
4.
Add the egg mixture, wait until the pan is boiling, and stir clockwise. Add two spoons of salt, stir, turn off the heat, and remove.
Tips:
1. In the process of mixing the flour into a flocculent shape, add water little by little. The smaller the gnocchi, the thicker it will be.
2. After the final laying of the egg liquid, the timing to start mixing is controlled by yourself. The earlier the mixing, the tenderer the egg and the smaller the flocculent.
