Turtle and Jujube Soup

The turtle is slaughtered and cut into pieces and washed.

Put the soft-shelled turtle in a casserole with water and bring to a boil.

Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and wash the jujube.

After the fire is boiled, skim the scum with a spoon.

Add green onions, ginger, gourd jujube and white wine.

Turn the lid to a low heat and cook for an hour and a half, then add salt to taste and turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. It is best not to eat soft-shelled turtles in the early stages of pregnancy. Turtles can pass blood and are prone to miscarriage. You can eat soft-shelled turtles appropriately in the late pregnancy.
2. Do not add MSG to the soup, and put the salt last.
3. Turtle has a little fishy smell, add proper amount of white wine to get rid of the fishy smell.
4. Turtle can only be eaten live and fresh, and dead turtle cannot be eaten.
