Turtle Paste and Milk Pudding

Ingredients: Gelatine flakes, milk, tortoiseshell paste powder.

Add a small amount of cold water to the Guiling paste powder to make a paste.

Add a certain proportion of boiling water, stir while adding to make the water and the tortoise shell paste mix evenly, boil over the heat, stir while boiling, add white sugar and stir evenly after boiling.

Gelatine tablets are soaked in cold water to soften.
