Twice Cooked Pork

The pork leg is cooked and sliced in advance, the scallions are peeled and rooted, cleaned and cut into sections

Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the pork when 60% is hot
3.
Stir fry for a while, add the ingredients and continue to fry
4.
Stir-fry until slightly rolled and add green onions
5.
Stir-fry the scallions before serving
Tips:
Add a piece of aniseed when cooking the pork. You don’t need to cook the pork too badly. Just prick it with chopsticks to avoid bleeding. When frying, if you don’t like to eat fat, you can choose a thinner one or stir-fry for a while, and fry the fat!
