Twice Cooked Pork

1. Sit on the meat with two swords;

2. Wash the pot under cold water, add ginger slices and cooking wine and cook for 15 minutes;

4. Cut green, red and yellow peppers, cut garlic sprouts into sections, and slice ginger.
