Twice Cooked Pork---little Girl Home Edition
1.
After the fresh pork front leg is cleaned, put cold water and a spoonful of cooking wine in a pot and cook it. (How do you see the meat is cooked, just use chopsticks on both sides)
2.
After the pork has cooled, slice it
3.
Green pepper, garlic sprouts, shredded ginger and Laoganma tempeh (I used to be fried with bean paste, but I like to use Laoganma, personal preference)
4.
Put a small amount of oil in the pan, and fry the cut slices of meat until they are rolled up
5.
Then put a spoonful of light soy sauce and a spoonful of Laoganma tempeh to add color and seasoning
6.
Finally, add the chopped green pepper and garlic sprouts and stir fry for 1 minute, then add a little salt and chicken essence to cook
7.
Very good food
Tips:
The taste of this dish is very heavy, add or not add salt according to your own taste, because the Laoganma tempeh and light soy sauce have already played the role of seasoning.
