Twice-cooked Pork with Garlic Moss

Boil the pork leg in advance until it is broken, slice it, wash the garlic moss and cut into sections for later use

Heat in a wok, add pork leg and stir-fry until slightly tilted
3.
Add garlic moss and continue to stir fry
4.
Stir-fry until five mature, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, and salt to continue stir-fry
5.
Stir-fry and just out of the pot
Tips:
When frying the meat, stir fry slowly on a low heat, without adding extra oil!
