A very simple home-cooked dish, I love it!

Twice-cooked Pork with Garlic Moss

1. Boil the pork leg in advance until it is broken, slice it, wash the garlic moss and cut into sections for later use

2. Heat in a wok, add pork leg and stir-fry until slightly tilted

3. Add garlic moss and continue to stir fry

4. Stir-fry until five mature, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, and salt to continue stir-fry

5. Stir-fry and just out of the pot

Tips:

When frying the meat, stir fry slowly on a low heat, without adding extra oil!
