Two-color Chess Bread
1.
Prepare the ingredients for the bread.
2.
Add sugar, salt and yeast to the flour and mix well.
3.
Then add the eggs to beat and mix well.
4.
Add edible oil and milk and mix well.
5.
Knead the dough evenly and divide it into two parts, add purple heat powder to one part to mix the dough evenly.
6.
Knead repeatedly until the dough is smooth and covered (or film).
7.
Separately make the dough to double the size.
8.
Take out the 2 types of dough, divide them into 8 small doses, and knead them to relax.
9.
Knead the dough into a strip and squeeze it into this state, roll it up from one side into a roll.
10.
After the two colors of dough are loosened, roll them twice separately, and then the dough will be puffy again.
11.
Put the finished dough into the mold vertically, and place 16 pieces of chess in two colors in a format.
12.
I feel that the bread dough lacks room for development (it will continue to expand during the baking process), so I replaced it with a slightly larger square plate mold. This beautiful bread roll is a bit out of shape (fortunately, it can continue to rise)...
13.
Put it in the oven (preheat for 5-10 minutes) and bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
14.
The fragrant bread is out of the oven.
15.
Take it out of the mold to break the bottom a little, and simply cut off a layer of bottom. The two-color chess bread is soft and sweet, and the color is clear (if you put it in a larger mold first, the gap between the dough will be more even if it is not tossed Some, haha, it’s not perfect) Although it’s not ideal, it’s okay.
