Two-color Crystal Shrimp Dumplings

Shrimp peeled and diced.

Shred purple cabbage, add appropriate amount of water to boil, take 80g for use.

Add cooking wine, ginger juice, and salt to the minced meat and stir well.

Add the diced shrimp, mix well and set aside.

Mix the orange powder and cornstarch, pour in the boiled purple cabbage juice, stir quickly, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
