Two-color Polenta

Prepare white corn and corn grits, rock sugar

Wash white corn and corn residue with water

Soak white corn and corn dregs in twice the amount of water for about 2 hours. If you soak at night, you can soak in the refrigerator overnight.

Wash the soaked corn twice, add a proper amount of water to the rice cooker, select the congee cooking mode, if you use an electric pressure cooker, it can save time.

Cook for about an hour and a half, remove the polenta, and cook until the white corn becomes larger and there are blooming cracks.

Add rock sugar and cook for another 10 minutes

Just melt the rock sugar in the polenta
