Two-color Steamed Egg

Prepare four eggs, two salted eggs, and two songhua eggs.

Cut the songhua egg and salted egg into cubes.

Prepare a square container and apply oil underneath. If there is tin foil, it is best to cover it with tin foil.

Pour in songhua egg and salted egg.

Add the cooking wine to the egg white and stir well.
