Two-color Toast

Put all the ingredients together except butter and cocoa powder. Knead into dough. Knead the dough to the expansion stage. Add butter at this time.

After the butter is completely kneaded into the dough. Continue to knead the dough to completion.

Divide the kneaded dough into two.

Add the cocoa powder to a suitable amount of milk and make a puree. Take a dough, slowly knead the cocoa powder into the dough, and knead it evenly to form a cocoa dough.

Take out the dough, vent and round. Relax for 15 minutes.

Cover with plastic wrap and carry out the final fermentation. Fermentation is done until it is nine minutes full.

The mold is covered. The oven is preheated to 190 degrees. It takes 40 minutes. Take out the mold and let cool.
