Winter melon

Peel the wax gourd and wash it, use a ball digging tool to dig out wax gourd balls

Dug winter melon balls, chopped chives, chopped ham

Tips:
When frying winter melon balls, add some water or chicken soup if they are too dry!
The winter melon is light and looks beautiful and clean, so no light soy sauce is added!
