There are two ways to eat one shrimp. The head and body of the shrimp are cooked in different ways, with different flavors, which is called "two eating prawns". Usually when eating shrimp, whether it is steamed or braised, the shrimp heads are always chewed and spit out, which is very wasteful. The prawn heads I cooked today were fried in a layer of flour, crispy and delicious, and all can be eaten without wasting at all. The prawns are cooked in soy sauce. One shrimp and two are really good. You can try it!

Two Prawns

1. Prepare raw materials

2. Wash the shrimp, separate the shrimp head and body with scissors, minus the shrimp heads, cut the shrimp body along the shrimp line with scissors, and remove the shrimp line

3. Put the shrimp head and shrimp body into salt and marinate for 10 minutes

4. Finely chop ginger, garlic and green pepper

5. Coat the shrimp head with a layer of flour

6. Pour oil in the pan and heat to 60% heat, slowly add the shrimp heads with chopsticks, and fry on low heat

7. Fry the shrimp heads until golden on both sides, remove the oil to control

8. Add cumin powder and chili powder and mix well

9. In the bottom oil of the pot, add green onion and garlic to burst the fragrance

10. Add the shrimp and stir fry

11. Stir fry until the prawns turn red

12. Add green chili and stir fry

13. Add star anise powder and stir fry for flavor

14. When the prawns are cooked through, add a little chicken essence

15. Put the shrimp on the plate, put the shrimp body in the middle of the plate, surround the shrimp heads, and eat the two prawns with different fragrant tastes.
