Two-sided Bean Paste Buns

Put cornmeal and white flour together

The yeast is mixed with warm water, and the noodles are mixed with it

Cover the live noodles and leave for 1 hour

Red adzuki beans are cooked and mixed with sugar to make bean paste

Divide the cornmeal into the same size, roll it round, put in the bean paste, and seal

The water in the steamer is boiled and put in bean buns, covered and steamed for 15 minutes

Turn off the heat, open the lid

Serve it, ready to eat
Tips:
You can put more sugar, and don't put too much sugar when you cook red beans.
