Two-sided Yellow Tofu

Rinse the old tofu and soak it in light salt water for half an hour.

Cut the soaked tofu into large pieces.

Cut it in half again.

Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the electric baking pan.

Spread the tofu flat in a baking pan, drizzle a little oil on the surface, and fry it over fire.

Fry for five or six minutes, fry on one side, turn the tofu over, and fry the other side. The advantages of using an electric baking pan are as follows: 1. Use less oil, 2. Not easy to paste, 3. Evenly fry, browned on both sides, so this method is also called two-sided yellow tofu in our hometown.

The tofu is fried on both sides and browned, and placed on a plate with chopsticks. It can be dipped in a dry plate and eaten directly, or it can be fried with green peppers.
