Two Yam

For the pickling of Sichuan kimchi and yam, please refer to my other recipe: Simple Sichuan kimchi. Because I cut the yam into square strips before pickling. Before eating, lay out the shape on the plate according to the "well" pattern.

Now, make blueberry-flavored sweet yam. Take a piece of yam peeled and cut into sections.

Steam on the pot.

A spoonful of blueberry jam, use a small bowl with a little warm water to dilute the blueberry jam, set the shape on the plate, and pour blueberry juice on it.
