Ultraman Madeleine

(First heat the butter to melt and set aside) Eggs and sugar are beaten with a manual whisk.

Sift the low-gluten flour and baking powder into the egg mixture and stir evenly in a "Z" shape.

Stir the milk and red yeast rice powder evenly.

Add the red yeast rice powder liquid and stir evenly in a "Z" shape.

Add the butter in two portions and mix well.

Put it in a piping bag and put it in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes (it is better to put it overnight).

The Madeleine mold is first brushed with a thin layer of butter and then sprinkled with a layer of low-gluten flour to control the excess powder.

Squeeze into the batter, squeeze 9 after the amount of this recipe.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, put it in the middle layer, and bake for 15 minutes. When the bumps appear, you are successful. ๐

Bring out of the oven and let cool.

Use chocolate to decorate the Ultraman. If you have colored chocolate, it is more convenient. If not, use white chocolate like I did and then apply coloring.

The decoration on this Ultraman's head first uses chocolate to draw a shape on oil paper, solidifies it and inserts it on the Madeleine, and then paints it with gold powder.
