Umami Winter Melon Soup

Peel the winter melon and cut into pieces.

Sliced shiitake mushrooms.
3.
Shred the fungus.
4.
Cut the tofu into small pieces.
5.
Heat oil in a pot, add green onion and ginger, and stir until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of water and 1 tablespoon of chicken juice.
7.
After boiling, add winter melon and add all the ingredients.
8.
Stir and bring to a boil, then add the shrimps.
9.
Sprinkle in an appropriate amount of salt and cook until fully cooked and ready to go out of the pot.
