Umi Bao You Tiao

Add appropriate amount of water to the southern candle leaf, crush it with a food processor, and filter into ume juice. Soak the glutinous rice in Umi juice for 1 night.

Rinse the soaked glutinous rice, and then spread it in a baking tray.

Put the steaming tray on the middle of the steaming oven, select "Pure steaming function", temperature 115 degrees, time 30 minutes, press "start button" to start.

Take out the steamed ume.

Put a piece of plastic wrap on the table, spread the udon rice flat, and put some pork floss.

Put the old fritters on top, or add other side dishes.

Roll it up along one end, and tighten it after it is rolled.
8.
Lift off the plastic wrap at one end to take a bite.
Tips:
1. Southern candle leaves can be picked more in season and stored in the refrigerator after squeezing the juice. The glutinous rice has poor water absorption and has been soaked overnight, so there is no need to add water when steaming.
2. The glutinous rice should be rolled while it is hot, which is more convenient to operate.
