Ungrilled Dongpo Pork

Prepare the raw materials.

Knorr Seasoning

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.

Cut the winter melon into cubes and put a flower knife on the side next to the skin of the melon.

Add a little oil to the pot, add the winter melon and stir fry. The winter melon is slightly softened, add some salt and continue to stir-fry until the winter melon is slightly yellow.

Grill the winter melon to the side of the pan, add a little oil, add the tomato sauce and stir fry, then add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and fry until fragrant.

Stir fry together with winter melon, add a little braised soy sauce and stir fry for flavor.

Add a bowl of boiling water and simmer until the soup is thick.

Add Knorr seasoning, stir well, take out the pot and transfer to a plate.
Tips:
1. Use a non-stick pan to operate, so as to save fuel;
2. Don't boil the soup to dryness. A little more is left. It's a good meal.
