This is a dish made by Mrs Kim in Vietnam for the vegetarian Kasirha. It was delicious at the time! Vegetarian elements must be delicious. The freshness of mushrooms is definitely not lost to any meat."

Ingredients

🍄unsalted Version of Mushroom Stewed Tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Cut off the roots of the mushrooms and wash them

3. Wash the leeks and set aside

4. Cut the red pepper and remove the seeds

5. If the old tofu is very thick, cut it in half first, about 1cm thick

6. Diagonal cut, diagonal cut, the triangle is OK

7. Add oil to the pan, add tofu and fry lightly

8. Fry until golden on both sides

9. Add oil to the wok, add the mushrooms and stir fry out of the water
