Unsweetened Whole Wheat Bread

Put flour, whole wheat flour, xylitol, yeast, water and egg liquid into the container and mix well;

Add oil and salt to a smooth dough;

After the dough is fully expanded, add the walnuts;

Round the kneaded dough to twice its size;

Roll out the dough and sprinkle the walnuts evenly. After rolling up, the bottom is tightened, one end of the cylinder is rolled out 2cm, and the other end is connected and then closed and glued to form a round shape;

Put the shaped dough in the oven, put a basin of boiling water underneath to preheat the oven, and let it proof for 50 minutes;

After taking it out, sift the flour on the surface, cut diagonally with the blade, and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
Tips:
Don’t sift too much flour on the surface, just a thin layer and the knife edge should not be too shallow or too short
