Uyghur Honey Biscuits

Ingredients: 40 grams of honey, 130 grams of all-purpose flour, 35 grams of butter, 38 grams of eggs (normal temperature), 2.5 grams of clear oil, 0.5 grams of baking soda, 30 grams of powdered sugar, 6 grams of milk powder.

Cut the butter into small pieces, let it soften at room temperature, pour it into a large bowl together with clear oil and baking soda, and beat evenly with an electric whisk.

Add honey and beat well.

Finally, pour powdered milk and flour.

Tips:
Eggs need to be taken out of the refrigerator in advance and placed to warm up.
